As of 13th March 2020, due to the ban by the Federal Council in Berne on events with 100 or more people until April 30, the scheduled Jazzaar Festival 2020 for April 13 – 20 is declared canceled!

But the two planned productions are postponed to Jazzaar Festival 2021 (April 12 – 20, 2021). View or Download the 2020 Programme Brochure here.

It is in this context that the Jazzaar Festival has a responsibility to ensure the safety of the public, artists, and its volunteers in the face of this threat. We apologise for any inconvenience to our audience that has already purchased the tickets.

In these cases, Starticket will pay the customer the full amount (including all additional fees, postage costs, and any ticket protection insurance).
