Ned Wilkinson graduated from the Berklee College of Music in 1987 with a degree in Commercial Arranging and an emphasis in trumpet performance.  He soon found himself in Branson, Missouri, a tourist destination where few musicians read music and fewer trumpet jobs existed.  Undaunted, Ned established himself first as a multi-instrumentalist, branching into musical direction and audio production. In 2012 he moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue theatrical writing. He is currently on staff as a multi-instrumentalist at the Winter Park Playhouse, and his newest musical The Impossible Club will be premiered this May at the Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival. This is Ned’s second Jazzaar Festival.
