Guitarist – The Jazzaar Festival Big Band

I started with piano when I was 6 years old. At 12, after much begging and pleading, I was allowed to switch to electric guitar. That was it for me, I was obsessed with the guitar. After school, I played in a hip-hop band called Borillas. In 2016, I began my Bachelor’s degree in electric guitar in Dresden. In the process, I was able to play in many different lineups. I played in the Landesjugendjazzorchester Sachsen and Berlin, among others. I played in the university’s big band and I put together my own large ensemble. One of my highlights was also a radio gig with the Norwegian Pop Duo “Marcus&Martinus”. Since September 2022 I have been studying jazz composition at HSLU.
At the Jazzaar Festival, I hope to have lots of fun, meet new people, and be boosted.
